The Talent list views (My Talent, Our Talent, Archive) include an option to sort the list by "Last Updated". Any change made to any of the following fields will trigger the profile to sort to the top of the list. 
  • Talent Profile: Personal Information (Name, DOB, Background Questions, etc.)
  • Talent Profile: License
  • Talent Profile: Certification
  • Talent Profile: Education
  • Talent Profile: EHR
  • Talent Profile: Skills Checklist
  • Talent Profile: Medical History
  • Talent Profile: Personal Documents
  • Talent Profile: References
  • Talent Profile: Work History
